How do I buy a ticket?
Answer: BUYING A TICKET. METHOD OF PAYMENT
By placing an order for a ticket through the entase.com website, the User of the website (buyer) makes a declaration to conclude a contract for the purchase of a ticket electronically within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act. This declaration binds the user (buyer), and the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
To buy a ticket through the entase.com website, the buyer needs to complete the following 5 steps:
Step 1 – Choose an Event or performance
Step 2 – Choose seats.
Step 3 – Enter the buyer’s first and last name, telephone number and email; When the organiser has announced the option of issuing a special ticket purchased at a preferential price, the user-buyer also enters the additional data necessary for issuing the special ticket (pensioners/students/groups/pupils).
Step 4 – Choose a payment method
Step 5 – Purchase
After successfully completing the steps described in paragraph 2, the buyer receives an email from the Entase system confirming the receipt of the declaration to conclude the ticket-purchase contract electronically, and an electronic document (ticket) certifying the online purchase of a ticket through the system, with data on the date, time, event and price.
When the buyer places a ticket order, the Entase system reserves the seats chosen by the buyer.
Payment of the ticket price is made online in the Entase system by payment with a bank card via the virtual POS of the Stripe system (Stripe Inc.), via the PayPal and EasyPay payment systems, or via other payment-service providers.
Entase, Inc. complies with the international information-security standard (PCI Compliance) for payment cards; the credit/debit card information is received on Stripe’s servers, where the payment itself is also processed, and not in the „Entase” system, and Entase, Inc. has no access to this information.
REQUIREMENTS FOR KEEPING AND SHOWING TICKETS AT EVENTS
Every user of the entase.com website (buyer) is obliged to keep their ticket until the end of the event.
In the event that the user has purchased the so-called special ticket at a preferential price, provided for a certain category of persons (pensioners/students/groups/pupils), they are obliged to certify their status with an official document.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASED TICKETS
Pursuant to Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Art. 50-56 on the consumer’s right of withdrawal from a distance contract within the 14-day reflection period do not apply to the provision of services related to entertainment activities. In connection with the stated legal basis, customers do not have the right to withdraw from tickets for entertainment events purchased electronically.
CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT. REFUND OF THE PAID AMOUNT
In the event of the cancellation of an event, the Organiser of the event is responsible for refunding the amounts paid for the tickets and for compensating the persons who have suffered damage due to the cancellation of the event. The cancellation of the event constitutes non-performance by the Organiser of the assumed obligation to hold the event and ensure its attendance by the user-buyer of a ticket.
In the event that the holding of the event on the specified date and time is cancelled, the Organiser announces information about this in the „ENTASE” system in good time, as well as information about a new date and time for holding the event, if such has been set, and about the possibilities and conditions under which the persons who have purchased tickets can recover the amounts they have paid or, at their choice, use the issued tickets for the new date and time of the event.
Users who have purchased tickets online should be notified at the email they have provided about the information under the preceding paragraph 2.
In the event of the cancellation of the event, the Organiser of the event should provide the users who have purchased and paid for tickets online through the „ENTASE” system with the opportunity to choose to revalidate their tickets or receive the amounts they have paid in cash in person at its box offices, or to choose to notify it by email whether they wish to use the purchased ticket for the new date and time of the event or wish to be refunded the amounts they have paid by bank transfer to a bank account specified by them.
In the event of non-performance of the Organiser’s obligation to refund the amounts paid for the tickets, users may direct their requests for a refund of the paid price directly to the Organiser at its registered address, indicated in the description of the event, or file a complaint against the Organiser before the competent state authorities.
